Meet Our Team

Conference & Event Services is part of Housing & Residential Life and provides affordable overnight housing in on-campus residence halls and apartments and additional services to suit your conference, event, or camp.

We work with your event planners to arrange various dining options, including meal plans for residential restaurants, catering, and campus restaurants. We also offer assistance in securing a variety of campus venues, including classrooms, theaters, athletic facilities, and reception spaces.

Katie originally joined Housing & Residential Life as a Conference & Event Services Coordinator in 2014. She currently provides leadership and strategic direction for CES, Communications, and Marketing. 

Katie holds a master's degree in Leadership in Student Affairs and brings over 15 years of professional experience in Higher Education. Outside of work, you will find Katie spending time with her family and friends, running/walking, or cooking. She loves the lake and is an avid ice cream connoisseur.

Summer student positions provide residents and event guests an exceptional experience during their stay. These roles are designed to foster responsibility, work ethic, communication skills, and organizational management.
