Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice
Community safety for all guests is a top priority, and we are working closely with University leadership to manage COVID-19 response and preparations. We understand the difficulty of planning while specific outcomes are yet unknown. At this time, no events will be held in May and June. Our summer season will begin on July 1.

Who We Are
Conference & Event Services offers assistance with conferences and events that need overnight lodging over the summer at the University of Minnesota.
We serve as a one-stop shop to coordinate the logistics of your event including lodging, dining, parking, and venue or event space. We host over 120 groups and 14,000 guests each summer and would love to welcome you too!
